Around the store, this is the month we’re reminded why we do what we do.

It Starts with Listening

Behind the scenes, our favourite part   of the job isn’t the furniture itself (though we do love a good sofa). It’s the conversations. The couple measuring their living room for the third time. The family debating fabric choices because the dog will be on the couch. The customer replacing an appliance that’s been part of their daily routine for 15 years.

Every home is different, and we genuinely enjoy helping people find what fits their life — not just their space.

The Little Details Matter

When you see a display on the showroom floor, there’s usually been a lot of behind-the-scenes effort. Chairs pulled closer together to show how a room can feel more inviting. Appliances grouped to make everyday tasks feel simpler. Sofas styled the way people actually live — with comfort in mind, not perfection.

We test things. We sit on the furniture. We open drawers, check heights, and debate finishes; because if it’s going into your home, it should feel right.

One thing we’ve learned? Comfort means different things to different people.
